Tactical 365, LLC, a Massachusetts corporation (“Company”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://www.Tactical365.com/ website (the “Site”). “Service” means the Site operated by Company.
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from carbonbeauty.com (the “Site”). Interest-Based Advertising and Third-Party Marketing. Through our Services, Tactical 365 may allow Third-Party advertising partners to set tracking tools (e.g., cookies) to collect information regarding your activities (e.g., your IP address, page(s) visited, time of day). We may also share such de-identified information as well as selected Personal Information (such as demographic information and past purchase history) we have collected with Third-Party advertising partners. If you prefer that we do not share your Personal Information with Third-Party advertising partners, you may out of such sharing at no cost by following the “OPT OUT” instructions in the Behavioral Advertising section below.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Payments
We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
